Attach elastic to 1/2" seam allowance at the waist.

CHALLENGES
& solutions
Putting together a technical package without a physical sample has its challenges. It is much easier when there is a sample to go off of. Using measurements from similar garments and other garments that are finished, is helpful in achieving results for a new one that has yet to be created.
