OVERVIEW
Cultured Dreams is a 2 part collection inspired by sub and counter culture genres. Part one is inspired by Graffiti which tends to be less controlled and more asymmetrical while part two of the collection is inspired by music and dance which tends to be more rhythmic, fluid and balanced. Both are equally expressive and visually unique and captivating.

Challenges & Solutions
Some challenges that arose during my research were translating the inspiration into designs that not only reflected the theme but also a response to the characteristics that made the inspiration so unique. It was only appropriate to that I had to design extraordinary pieces to fit the inspiration behind the collection. One solution I had was playing around with seam lines in unique places which lead me to the final design once I was satisfied with the results.
